Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: Our products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • What’s Covered: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • What’s Not Covered:

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

    • Wear and tear from regular use or failure to maintain the product properly.

    • Damage caused by improper storage or environmental factors (e.g., humidity, water exposure).

    • Damage to the product due to failure to follow the user manual and safety instructions.

How to Claim Warranty

If your product is covered by the warranty, please follow these steps to submit a claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at stair-spree@outlook.com

  2.  with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Provide Proof of Purchase: You may be asked to submit proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

  4. Product Inspection: In some cases, we may ask you to send the product back for inspection. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if the issue is covered under warranty.

  5. Replacement or Repair: If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will either replace it or repair it, depending on the circumstances. If the product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.

  • Products used for commercial purposes.

  • Any damage resulting from improper installation, assembly, or handling of the product.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profit.

Warranty Transfer

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to any other individual or entity.
